Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Each ferrule set is made to order.

Standard Processing: 5–10 business days

Peak Seasons (e.g. holidays, product drops): May extend up to 15 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and selected carrier service.
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
Estimated delivery times:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on customs clearance
Feral Golf Co is not responsible for:

Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
If you experience an issue with delivery, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production queue.

Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this window, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
To request a change, email support@feralgolfshop.com with your order number and details.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our ferrules are custom-made, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing or color choice by the customer

Minor variations in texture, hue, or finish

Normal wear and tear from use
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error:

Contact support@feralgolfshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Replacements are typically shipped within 5–7 business days after verification.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit:

Report the issue to the carrier immediately.

Notify us at support@feralgolfshop.com with supporting photos or claim details.
We’ll assist where possible but cannot guarantee refunds for issues outside our control once the order is marked as “Delivered.”
International Orders
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
We cannot predict or reimburse these costs.
